It was a wet and rainy close to this year’s ITEXPO in Fort Lauderdale but the sun was shining bright as VoiceBase captivated the standing room only crowd attending the IDEA showcase that highlighted this year’s event.
"Each year at ITEXPO we look to identify the 'next BIG thing' that will most impact the telecom industry that our attendees should be aware of," explained Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC. "This year, VoiceBase and their 'Big Voice' approach to predictive analytics, which enables automatic call scoring earned the favor of both our audience and our judges."
First to present, Co-Founder Jay Blazensky explained how “for the last decade data has been kicking voice’s butt” and the key to reversing that trend is the need to surface actionable data from the single most important part of every telecom connection – WHAT’S SPOKEN!
Onstage along side each presenter was Evan Kirstel from Penguin Strategies who served as both the moderator and one of the judges. “The judges felt that VoiceBase is tackling the biggest addressable market with really interesting technology and solid market traction,” Evan announced to the ballroom. “With their new funding and the people they have in place they were the clear winner,” the other judges noted.
VoiceBase is honored to receive both the “Judges’ Winner” and the “Audience Favorite” awards at the IDEA Showcase and looks forward to next year’s ITEXPO.
